Can I get faster delivery?
The way we ship is best for cost and speed. Most items only take 3 to 5 business days to most areas in USA and 5 to 10 International. If you want faster, send us Email before paying requesting possible faster shipping. The extra cost will be added to your order invoice. Priority mail is the best next service for a few dollars more (USA only) with 2 to 3 business day delivery. For international, Global priority will save a day or two at most, ask for quote. Sure there's faster overnight and stuff for International -- yes it's available but we say, forget-about-it.. Too much cost and trouble. Trust us on this tip... you don't really need the stuff that fast!

How often do you ship?
I ship daily Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours after a cleared payment is received.

How do you ship?
I ship all items USPS. Items weighing under 13 ounces will be shipped 1st Class Mail. Books, Movies, and CDs are generally shipped Media Mail. Items weighing over 13 ounces will be shipped either Priority Mail or Parcel Post. If you are in a hurry for your item, I will be happy to ship any item Priority Mail. There may be an additional charge for the upgrade if the original shipping cost was for 1st class, Media, or Parcel Post.

Yes, email me and we will make arrangements convenient for both of us for you to pick up your item and you won't pay shipping.

Clicking on the image in the description area will produce a larger image. If you need an even bigger one, just e-mail and we will provide a link to it.

What is your return policy?
Items that are not as described should be returned within 5 days and a full refund will be sent.

Can I purchase if my country is not listed for available shipping ?
Yes and No.. We are still building up this website so maybe it's only that we didn't get to add your country to the shipping list. We ship to many countries. Send your request to sales@ctd-sales.com then we will consider shipping for you. Will not ship to any SA locations at this time mostly because of too many import customs regulations for each country.

Do you have a store like at a mall?
On-line only, no store at a mall, but we considered it. A walk-in store in a mall location would increase prices too much. To operate a store, there's higher rent, heat, electric and lots of employees and endless other expenses. So then that 4 dollar thing becomes 10 bucks. Not too smart! That's why most prices in malls are higher. Our business works best when we sell on-line to keep prices low. And... the Internet is so nice, shop at home in your robe and bunny slippers and stuff gets delivered to your door! How cool is that!

How often does your website/merchandise change?
Every hour, every business day, because it is so large, and because new merchandise arrives daily, maintenance & price reductions are a full time job.

If an item is out of stock, will there be any future stock coming in?
It depends. Because a lot of our products are also hot selling items on our suppliers side, therefore we CANNOT guarantee therell be future stock for a particular style. If you like, you can send us an email specifying the item you want; well notify you if future stock comes in.
